These terms govern your use of Thumbnailed. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

Service

Thumbnailed generates AI-powered thumbnail images from videos you upload. Generated outputs are based on the content of your uploads and the prompts derived from them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the thumbnails the service generates from them. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes another party's rights, or violates any platform policies of services where you intend to publish the resulting thumbnails.

Credits and refunds

Credits are consumed when a generation run starts. If a run fails for reasons attributable to us, the credit is automatically refunded.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
